Benefits:
Health Plan: Nova's group health plan is a preferred provider organization administered by Blue Cross. Premiums for employees and eligible dependents are 100% paid by Nova.
Nova's dental plan is administered by MetLife. The plan offers a reduced level of payment (between 35% and 50%) for standard dental procedures if performed by one of the plan's providers. Premiums for employees and eligible dependents are 100% paid by Nova.
Nova's vision plan is in-house administered, and covers eye care expenses for all employees and dependents up to $200.00 per year.
Nova allocates a $50.00/month “wellness” allowance per employee, for miscellaneous health related expenses, such as membership in a gym or exercise equipment.
Nova will provide each employee with $50,000 life insurance, and short and long-term disability insurance, with total premiums paid by Nova.
401K: Nova Maintains a 401 K plan for each regular full time employee with at least three months of service. Nova matches up to 4% of deferred salary.
Vacation / Holliday: In addition to Nova’s schedule of personal and sick leave, Nova's general vacation policy allows employees to earn vacation hours for number of days worked, with 80 hours per year up to five years, and 120 hours per year for five through nineteen years, and 160 hours for nineteen plus years. Nova's company-paid holidays are:
